The wh.ax services are provided by Nige Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using any wh.ax service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using wh.ax

We provide tools for turning your website into clear, official actions your customers and their AI agents can use, and for sharing and embedding them. You may only use our services lawfully and in good faith. We may update or change these terms from time to time — we'll notify you by email and your continued use means you accept the new terms.

Fees and billing

Our plans are:

• Free — claim your site and publish a limited number of official actions
• Surface — £19 per domain per month
• Pro — £29 per domain per month

We charge per domain, never per team member. See pricing for full details.

Paid plans are arranged by invoice. Please keep your billing details up to date; if payment is overdue by more than 14 days, paid features may be suspended.

Content and third-party links

wh.ax may include links, images or content from other websites. We don't control or endorse external sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or policies. Please review their own terms before using them.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in line with our privacy policy. Please read it before using our services.

Intellectual property

All rights in wh.ax — including its code, design, and trademarks — belong to Nige Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the service. You're granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service as intended.

Disclaimer

wh.ax is provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, about its reliability, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose. You use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage — direct or indirect — arising from your use or inability to use wh.ax. This includes loss of data, business, or profits.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nige Ltd, its employees and agents, from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of the service.

Service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We won't be liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

Force majeure

We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — such as natural disasters, internet outages, strikes or war.

Legal terms

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remain in effect. Any waiver must be in writing. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the English courts.
